Wearing Topshop t-shirt (now sold out), Urban Outfitters denim button through skirt, Gap black jacket, Suede Carvela Sombrero boots from Shoeaholics, Urban Outfitters rings (amongst others).
As you will know from reading my post about spring trends, one of the items that stand out for me this season is the button through denim skirt. It’s retro yet super wearable, and it can be worn with or without tights (which is great right now because it is freeezing, man!). When I tried this skirt on at Urban Outfitters I hadn’t worn a denim skirt in at least 10 years, but I quickly realised that this one was too cute to pass on. The jacket was a great find from a Gap sale, and the boots were £39 down from £150 from Shoeaholics – you have to check out the website, it’s full of bargains! The tee seemed appropriate after my recent trip to Paris.
I had so much fun taking these pictures with Lisa (check out her blog which is still a work in progress!). We used a borrowed Canon DSLR and both instantly felt like we became amazing fashion photographers. Look at that bokeh bluriness!
